The “Little Luxuries” series is centered around food. Partly because who doesn’t love food!? I love so many different types of cuisine as much as I love traveling to other parts of this amazing world to savor it. But, mostly this series is centered around food because food represents a time for connection whether it be around a dinner table with family, while traveling and immersing yourself in a new culture where ordering multiple appetizers feels like permission to indulge, slow down time, and forget the ‘normal’ daily responsibilities of life, or meeting up with a good friend at a favorite restaurant where hours of time just seem to slip away as you get lost in lively, connected conversation.
